白糠町の郷土芸能『白糠駒踊り』が
2019年で初披露から100周年を迎えました。
これを記念して、白糠町と
ゆかりの深い八王子市で毎年開催される
「八王子いちょう祭り」に
白糠駒踊り保存会の皆様が招待され、
2019年11月のお祭りで、
演舞を披露することになりました。

天気は両日とも晴天。
すごい晴れパワーを
持った方がいるんですね。。。
そしていよいよ！
観覧のお子さんも興味津々！
皆さん素敵なステージを
ありがとうございました！
2日間で4ステージと
ハードなスケジュールの中、
駒踊り保存会 演者の皆様は
各ステージを全力で踊り、
観客の皆様から惜しみない拍手と歓声を
贈られていました。
ステージ後、観客の方にインタビューすると
「迫力があって、とても感動しました！
ぜひまた八王子に来てください」
（立川市在住 ６０代女性）
「近代風な衣装や音楽のアレンジをされた
踊りもいいけど、
白糠駒踊りは伝統的な日本の良さを
感じさせて素晴らしい！」
（オーストラリア 30代男性）
「昔のまま伝わっている
伝統芸能に触れられてよかった」
（シンガポール 20代女性）
などの感想をいただきました。
特に外国人観光客の方から多く聞くのは、
「昔ながらの形で伝わっている
“日本の真の郷土芸能”に触れたい」という思いです。
白糠町の駒踊りはそういう意味でも、
街が世界に誇るべき
素晴らしい宝物なのだと
改めて認識しました！
全国に広く伝わっている駒踊り。
阿波踊りやよさこいのように
一堂に会したら、もう圧巻だと思います！
白糠でそんな大会を開催出来たら
素敵じゃありませんか？

Shiranuka komaodori 100th anniversary
Shiranuka Town's local performing arts
"Shiranuka Koma Odori" celebrated its 100th anniversary
since its debut in 2019.
In commemoration of this, it is held annually in Hachioji City,
which is closely connected to Shihranuka town.
The members of the Shiranuka koma Odori Preservation Society
were invited to the Hachioji Icho Festival.
And they will perform at the festival.
The weather is fine on both days.
There are people who have strong power.
Four stages in two days,its a hard schedule.
Shiranuka Koma Odori Preservation Society Performers danced each stage
with all their might, and the audience gave them generous applause and cheers.
After the stage, when I interviewed the audience,
I was able to hear this opinion.
"It was very impressive and powerful." Please come to Hachioji again."

"It's nice to dance with modern costumes and music arrangements, but
Hakuhokoma Odori is wonderful to make you feel the goodness of traditional Japan! 」

"It's nice to be able to experience the traditional performing arts that are still in the past."

I received the impression, such as.
Especially from foreign tourists,
「I want to experience the true local performing arts
that are transmitted in the old-fashioned form. 」
Shiranuka Town's komaodori is in that sense,
I realized once again that the city is a wonderful treasure
to be proud of to the world!
Koma Odori is widely used throughout in Japan.
If they come together like Awa Odori or Yosakoi, I think it's already a masterpiece!
Wouldn't it be nice if we could hold such a tournament in Shiranuka?
I want to plan it by all means!
