雪景色も美しい白糠町。
野生生物の多いこの町では、
雪に残る足跡も多彩です。
恋問自然観察公園にて。

結構大きいんですよね…。
もしかしたら違う鳥かも…。

変わってこちらは
岬の森 東山公園の
遊歩道で見つけた鹿の足跡。
岬の森 東山公園は、
町なかと海にも近いため、
「こんなところまで鹿が！」
と、驚きました。
こちらは庶路川。
橋の上からとったので、
距離は結構ありましたが
足跡はとても大きくて。
タンチョウでしょうか？
他にも楕円形の小さい足跡が
左方にありますね。

狩猟の時、動物の足跡で行方を推しはかる行為を
古語では「跡見（とみ）」というのだそうです。
私の場合、狩猟ではないのですが、
「どこから来て、どこに向かったのかな？」
と考えるのも楽しいです。
この「跡見」にかかる枕詞の一つが
「窺狙ふ（うかねらふ）」で、
「跡見」と同じ音の「跡見山」という地名に
かかるのだそうです。
枕詞そのものは、
意味うんぬんより
装飾的な意味合いが強いとのこと。
懐かしいです…枕詞。
この「跡見」が入る万葉集の相聞歌（恋歌）で
窺狙ふ 跡見山雪の いちしろく
恋ひば妹が名 人知らむかも （作者未詳 巻10）
◎意味
跡見山の雪のように、
はっきりと人目につくような
恋いしい態度をとったなら、
妹（愛しい人）の名を
人々が知ってしまうだろうか。
という歌があります。
雪も足跡も、
人の心をつい惹きつけて
しまうものなんですね。

in the old Japanese language,
it is said that it is described as "跡見（TOMI）".
In my case, I don't hunt,but

these footprints come from and where did they go?"
It is also fun to think.
One of the 枕詞 (MAKURAKOTOBA＝a word that decorates a sound or all meaning in a poem）as "TOMI" leads to "UKANERAU",
It is said that the place name "Tomiyama (TOMI)" and the same voice is decorated.
MAKURAKOTOBA itself is
Instead of asking the meaning,
It is said that the decorative meaning is strong.
I studied when I was a student.
I miss it... MAKURAKOTOBA.
