雪とタンチョウ～2020年3月 Snow and Japanese crane

終わりを告げつつある今回の冬は、私にとって

北海道で初めての冬でした。

記録的な暖冬かつ記録的な降雪と、 なかなか刺激的な季節を過ごすことができました。 ここ最近は温かくなってきましたが、 残雪もまだちらほら見ることができます。 白糠町では通年タンチョウに 出会うことができますが（※注）、 やはり雪景色の中のタンチョウは 格別に美しく感じられます。

今回、役場林業係のMさんがご提供くださった 画像をご紹介します。

Mさんはしばしばタンチョウに 接近遭遇なさるとのこと。

私はここまで近くで タンチョウを見たことはないので、 とてもうらやましい限りです。

Mさん曰く、和天別川沿いで よくタンチョウに出会うそうです。

私も和天別川沿いで ひなと一緒のタンチョウ夫婦を みかけたことがあるので、 もしかしたらこの川沿いは、 子育てスポットなのかもしれません。

でも、しばしば訪れて タンチョウ親子を驚かせてしまうと 申し訳ないので、 会いたい気持ちを抑えつつ たまに訪れることにします。

※注 通年といいつつも、野生動物なので、

This winter is the first winter

in Hokkaido for me.

This winter is a record warm winter,

and the record for the first heavy snowfall

in the history of observation in the Kushiro region.

It was a very exciting winter.

At Shiranuka Town, you can meet

Japanese crane all year long. The butterfly in the snow, it feels exceptionally beautiful.

This time, I introduce the image

that Mr. M as the public office

of forestry section provided.

Mr. M often encounters

Japanese crane approaching.

I've never seen a Japanese crane so close.

So I envy him so much.

Mr. M often meets Japanese crane

along the Watenbetsu River.

I have seen theJapanese crare couple

with their fledgling

along the Watenberiver River.

Maybe this river side might be a

child-rearing spot.

But I often visit there, I'm sorry to surprise the crare parent and child, I'll visit you once in a while.

*Noice It is still luck whether we can meet them

though it is good to have the chance to meet crare all year long.
